the AGEP team 

AGEP Association management was founded in 1989 and offers a complete management solution for trade associations. We provide a full range of services and in-house expertise and look to build a tailored solution that will meet the needs and goals of your organization. AGEPs work spans the formation and administration of an association right through to the development of strategic business alliances and public affairs and communications actions .  We have specific expertise in regulatory affairs, environmental sustainability, trade and communication in order to be able to support clients in delivering their messages and getting results.

Our team of 12 consultants is drawn from a range of backgrounds giving us the knowledge, expertise and language capabilities we need to provide our clients with sound advice and further their business interests in Europe.

Our mission is to establish and manage business alliances that will improve the societal and regulatory environment for our clients by driving dialogue with EU and other governmental institutions as well as the wider stakeholder community.

All our consultants are signatories to the codes of conduct of both the European Public Affairs Consultancies' Association (EPACA) and of the Society of European Affairs Professionals (SEAP) and abide by their spirit of professionalism and transparency.

Our approach to Association Management

The AGEP approach to association management is based on three cornerstones: minimum resources, maximum results and continuity. 

Minimum resources – By assuming all HR, legal, financial and administrative responsibilities on behalf of the association, AGEP enables associations to operate in a cost-effective and efficient way, with the minimum of resources and overheads.

Maximum results – With all back-office and administrative functions handled by AGEP the association is free to concentrate on driving its agenda and delivering results for members.  We set in place standard business practices including business plans and ongoing issues tracking to ensure that associations are able to deliver against clear and measureable objectives and achieve maximum results.

Continuity – The AGEP model ensures that an association can continue to function optimally regardless of changes in personnel.  As a team of association management professionals we are able to deliver a continuity of service and ensure that key priorities and actions continue to be implemented.

 

Our clients

AGEP has built a specific expertise in the food sector and our clients include foodstuffs, drinks, fish, fruit and vegetables, food ingredients and biotechnology. We work with both European and International associations, representing sectors at pan-European and International level.
