Legal and Financial Reporting

AGEP will handle all day to payment of suppliers and services and maintain working accounts and budget sheets.

We will prepare budget updates and ensure that annual accounts are audited, filed and published in line with legal requirements. We will also handle the organization and recording of Annual General Assembly’s with required voting and recording of minutes in compliance with Belgian law.
