A key factor for a trade association to function cohesively and smoothly is the quality of its internal communications. In this respect, AGEP has been ahead of the curve for many years and has an established ) members-only ‘Document Management System’ (DMS) for each of the key associations it manages. This tool, well-liked by clients, is a useful ‘one-stop shop’ for members, containing all relevant documents – such as position papers, communications statements and, best-practice sharing. Using the DMS member receive all relevant news items and register for all conferences and meetings.
